AI Creative Strategist & Copywriter
We're looking for a savage: someone extremely good at creative strategy and copywriting, and not afraid to use and abuse AI to get it done fast. Part-time, remote, $2,500 to $4,000 a month plus bonus opportunities.

The machine writes the first draft. You decide what ships.
Drafts are cheap now. AI can spit out 10 new hooks and headlines in the time it used to take to craft one, and our direct-response playbooks for webinars, funnels, ads and emails run inside it every day.
So the writing isn't the hard part anymore. Picking the one that actually sells is: the one that fits the brand's message, the person we're targeting and the angle we're running. That takes judgment, and that's what we're hiring for.
We're building an agentic direct marketing operating system, backed by our work across 1,000+ campaigns and more than $200 million in verifiable client results. You'd write for our own brands and for our clients' webinars, offers and launches.
What we're hiring for
Judgment
You know which draft sells, and you can say why in one sentence.
Critical thinking
When an ad, a page or an email falls flat, you find the reason before you rewrite a word.
Brand and message
You get a brand and its message fast, then write in its voice like you've been inside it for years.
Info marketing experience
Ideally you've written emails, sales pages and scripts for courses, coaching, webinars or high-ticket programs. You know how that buyer thinks.
What you'll write
Short-form video ads
Hooks, talking-head and creator-style scripts for paid ads, written in batches so we can test them.
Webinar and VSL scripts
The long pieces that carry an offer, built on frameworks proven across 1,000+ campaigns.
Email sequences
Registration, show-up, follow-up and launch sequences that move people to the next step.
Sales and opt-in pages
Pages with one job each, written so they do it.
Angles to test
A running list of new hooks and angles for our ads, pitched before anyone asks.
How the work runs
Speed is part of the job, not a bonus. So is finding the next idea before anyone asks for it.

- 1
Same-day first drafts
A brief in the morning means a first draft back the same day, whether it's hooks, an email sequence or a VSL. Speed comes first on every project.
- 2
Fast rounds
Feedback comes in and the next version goes out the same day. Three rounds in a day beat one perfect round in a week.
- 3
You bring the next angle
On every project you're on, you pitch the next hook, angle or test before anyone asks.
- 4
AI writes the first draft, you write the last
You run our playbooks in AI tools, then edit every line like your name is on it.
What you'll work with
We're adding this seat to test more, iterate faster and keep our creative ahead of the market.
Our agentic operating system
Our internal agentic operating system, loaded with the playbooks behind 1,000+ campaigns and more than $200 million in verifiable client results. We're crystal clear on what works.
Real data on your work
In-depth server-side tracking and reporting. Every creative and copy piece is judged on real numbers, not opinions, so you get better fast.
Pay plus bonuses
$2,500 to $4,000 a month for 20 to 25 hours a week, plus bonus opportunities where they apply.
Read this before you apply
This is for you if
- Ideally, you've written emails, sales pages and scripts for info products, and you can show some of the work.
- You have a real AI workflow, or you're ready to adopt one. Not just a few saved prompts.
- You'd rather ship five versions today than one perfect version next week.
- You can write in someone else's voice and make it sound like them.
This is not for you if
- You write brand content and have never been measured on a click or a sale.
- You see AI as a threat to the craft.
- You need a week to start a first draft.
- You wait to be told what to test.
