Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Deploy LLC (“Agentic Deploy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the AgenticDeploy platform, our website at agenticdeploy.ai, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are

Agentic Deploy LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide a platform for businesses to deploy and manage AI agents that operate inside their business and interact with users through configured channels (such as web chat, email, Telegram, and Slack).

2. Scope & Our Role In Your Data

The Service handles two distinct flows of information, and our role is different for each.

Flow A — Information about you, our customer. This includes your account information, billing details, the way you configure your agents, and your direct interactions with us (support, feedback, sales conversations). For Flow A, we are the data controller and this Privacy Policy governs.

Flow B — Information that flows through your deployed agents. When your agent talks to your end-users (your customers, employees, leads, prospects), the prompts, replies, uploaded files, and channel messages are your data, not ours. For Flow B, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf. Your relationship with your end-users is governed by your own privacy policy, not this one. You are responsible for telling your end-users that an AI agent is involved and for collecting the consents your jurisdiction requires.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account information. Name, email, company, role, and similar details you submit when applying or signing up.
  • Billing information. Payment method, billing address, and transaction records. Card details are processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Agent configuration. Personas, instructions, skills, tools, knowledge files, and channel credentials you configure for your agents.
  • Customer content processed by deployed agents. Messages, files, and other content that flow through your deployed agents (Flow B above).
  • Support interactions. Messages, transcripts, and feedback you send to us.
  • Usage and telemetry. Logs, error reports, feature usage, performance metrics, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used for authentication, session management, and product analytics.

4. How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and provide the Service.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • To improve the Service through aggregated analytics, debugging, and explicit feedback (see Section 5 for what this does and does not include).
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. AI and Model Training

We do not use customer prompts, agent conversations, uploaded files, or your end-users' messages to train AI models. Content that flows through your deployed agents (Flow B) is processed solely to provide the Service to you.

We route inference requests to third-party large language model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) under their API terms, which prohibit those providers from training their general models on API traffic. The list of providers may change as we add or remove integrations.

We do use the following to improve the Service, and we consider this a different category from model training:

  • Aggregated, de-identified usage analytics (for example, which features are used, error rates, latency).
  • Support interactions and explicit feedback you send to us.
  • Diagnostic logs we use to investigate bugs and incidents, retained only as long as needed.

You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 9.

6. Sharing & Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service. These include, among others:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Large language model providers
  • Payment processors
  • Email and notification providers
  • Product analytics providers
  • Messaging integrations (e.g., Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp) when you choose to connect them

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will require any successor to honor this Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, and configuration data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer content processed by your agents is retained according to your configuration; you can delete agent conversations and content from within the Service. On request, we will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal obligations to retain certain records.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor diligence, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Rights

EU and UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, and object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We rely on the following legal bases as applicable: performance of a contract with you, legitimate interests (operating and improving the Service), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Hello@AgenticDeploy.Ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time frames required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice.
